To register and maintain an Account on pop99a, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout the period during which you use the Platform. pop99a strictly prohibits access by anyone under the age of 21. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or terminate any Account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
You must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party. You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and potential forfeiture of balances.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using online gambling services is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or using pop99a. pop99a does not represent that its services are legal in any particular jurisdiction. Malaysian players are advised to familiarise themselves with the laws applicable to online gaming in Malaysia before using the Platform.
To use the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to maintain and update your Account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You represent and warrant that all information you provide during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, residential address, and any financial details — is truthful and accurate. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. pop99a will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
pop99a reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: a copy of a valid national identity card (MyKad), passport, or equivalent government-issued photo ID; proof of residential address such as a recent utility bill or bank statement; and proof of payment method ownership for deposits and withdrawals exceeding specified thresholds. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or termination.
pop99a grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — legitimate personal online gaming and sports betting. You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that would violate applicable laws.
You must not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the technical infrastructure of the Platform, including through the use of automated software ("bots"), scripts, exploits, or any other mechanism that provides an unfair advantage or circumvents normal gameplay mechanics.
All Account balances and transactions for Malaysian players are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). pop99a processes deposits and withdrawals via the supported payment channels listed on the Platform, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, Boost, GrabPay, and select cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).
All deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments in your own name. pop99a does not accept third-party deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction. pop99a does not charge additional fees for standard deposits, although your payment provider may apply its own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful Account verification (KYC). Verified Accounts are eligible for same-day processing of withdrawal requests submitted during business hours. Withdrawals will be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. pop99a reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal.
A minimum withdrawal amount applies. The current minimum withdrawal threshold is RM50. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. These thresholds are subject to change and will be published on the Platform at the time of any amendment.
pop99a is obligated to comply with anti-money laundering requirements under its international gaming licence. Deposits and withdrawals are monitored for suspicious activity. pop99a reserves the right to delay, suspend, or refuse any transaction that it reasonably suspects to be connected with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
Bonuses and promotional offers are subject to individual eligibility requirements that will be specified for each promotion. pop99a reserves the right to determine Player eligibility for any promotional offer at its sole discretion.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier and qualifying games will be stated in the applicable promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stipulated timeframe will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
pop99a employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, collusion, and exploitation of promotional terms. Where such activity is identified, pop99a reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and terminate the relevant Account(s). Any associated funds may be forfeited.
Birthday bonuses are credited to eligible Players based on their verified date of birth and current loyalty tier (Bronze: MYR 188, Silver: MYR 388, Gold: MYR 888, VIP: MYR 2,688). Referral bonuses of MYR 38 per qualifying referral are credited once the referred Player completes a qualifying deposit and meets minimum wagering thresholds. Specific terms for each bonus type are published on the Platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, termination, and forfeiture of funds:
All content available on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, game software, audio clips, and digital downloads — is the property of pop99a or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use pop99a's intellectual property for any purpose other than your personal use of the Platform as expressly permitted herein.
The pop99a brand name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary to pop99a. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pop99a, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
pop99a's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
pop99a does not guarantee the uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free operation of the Platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Game or service at any time for maintenance, technical issues, or regulatory reasons. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting the outcome of a Game, pop99a reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account.

pop99a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to do so. Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, provision of false information, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, or conduct deemed harmful to the Platform, its Players, or its integrity.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 2 business days. Any outstanding Account balance at the time of closure (above the minimum withdrawal threshold) will be returned to you via your last-used verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon termination of your Account, all rights granted to you under these Terms immediately cease. Any uncompleted bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited. Funds that have been flagged or frozen pending investigation will be held until the resolution of any outstanding matter.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pop99a holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
Nothing in this clause shall restrict pop99a's right to seek emergency or injunctive relief from any court of competent jurisdiction in any territory where such relief is necessary to protect its legal interests.
pop99a reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and close your Account.
